DISC Visits

Once you are eligible to participate in DISC, there are things you need to do and be mindful of before coming in!

What to do

No nicotine or caffeine 1 hour prior appointment time

No alcohol or cannabis within 12 hours of lab visit

Please refrain from using makeup products the day of appointment time

Abstain from urinating a few hours prior to lab visits

Clean/wash hair day of the lab visits (Shampoo only, no conditioner or other hair products)

Be well-rested for lab visits; can reschedule as needed
